I'm Milou van Sommeren, though most people simply call me Lou. I feel most at home in creative environments where boldness and trust go hand in hand, and that's exactly the kind of space I love to create.
 

My creative career has taken me across different disciplines. Not by chance, but through hard work and an enduring sense of curiosity. By nature, I have a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a genuine interest in people. Qualities that ultimately came together in the work I do today.
 

What drives me? Creating space. For bold storytelling, honest expression, and working environments where everyone—from actors to crew—feels seen and respected. I believe boundaries and bravery can go hand in hand, and I strive to make that not just possible, but second nature.
 

Whether I'm coordinating intimate scenes or bringing stories to life through voice, I bring a calm, approachable presence that is clear, grounded, and unapologetically human. I like to check in, listen closely, and hold space for whatever needs to unfold.
 

Outside of work, you'll probably find me in nature with a (borrowed) dog, avoiding voice messages (does anyone actually like those?), and enjoying the kind of conversations where no one feels the need to rush.
